At ariika, we are committed to delivering to you the very best shopping experience. In case we sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty, or if you changed your mind after paying, ariika will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:
Products are returned in the original packaging
The package was never opened, i.e. is sealed (*),
The product shows no sign of usage (*),
The stamped invoice is attached,
(*) Condition doesn’t apply for faulty (defective) products
Please note that items are not returnable in the case of
- Damage caused by misuse or signs of wear and tear
- The product has been used, purposely altered, or assembled
- Products you wish to exchange for a different color or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
Delivery Deferment
You can request to receive your furniture products up to 3 months after you purchase the order. Please note that you need to pay 100% of the payment to be able to receive the order at a later date than the original delivery date.
- The period for recovering the invoice amount will be from 7 to 14 working days from the date of submitting the cancellation request, provided that it is not received and is in accordance with the company's return policy.
- If an incorrect price, stock availability, dimension, description or picture is listed on the product, ariika Company has the right to refuse or cancel any order purchased or placed for this product.
