Return and Exchange Policy
All return, exchange, or maintenance requests require the original invoice.
Furniture can only be returned in cases of manufacturing defects.
Bed sheets, pillow covers, mattresses, accessories, and carpets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date the cancellation request is submitted, provided that the product has not been received and the process complies with the company’s return policy.
Exchanged or returned products do not receive an additional warranty period; the warranty continues from the date of the original invoice.
Note: The company reserves the full right to cancel any order in the case of a technical error in prices or information, and the customer is not entitled to any compensation in such cases.
